Are the itineraries digital?
Yes. Paid digital itineraries can be downloaded after payment is successfully verified.
Why does my bank show TOYYIBPAY SDN BHD during FPX approval?
BentoTrip uses ToyyibPay to process online payments. During FPX bank approval, your banking app may display TOYYIBPAY SDN BHD as the payment recipient. This is the payment processor name; your order is still for a BentoTrip itinerary. Check the amount and order details before approving. If anything looks unusual, please do not approve the payment and contact us first.
Can I request a custom trip?
Yes. Custom Trip is for travellers who want the route tailored to their own dates, group and preferences.
Will the guide work on mobile?
Yes. Mobile usability is a core part of the BentoTrips design.
